'Intensive' Woodlands systems provide 12 inches or more of growth medium,
sustaining complex landscapes with a full range of flora, from grass to
small trees. Supported by a three-layer system similar to the Meadow green
roofs, Woodlands roofs can provide the greatest ecological integration,
aesthetic enrichment, and increased property values. Typically installed
with active base trickle irrigation.
