The Roofscapes, Inc. Network

Roofscapes, Inc. maintains a national Network of highly regarded landscape contracting companies that are licensed to install the Roofmeadow® and Optigreen® families of vegetated cover assemblies. The goal of the Network is to:

• Provide experienced, professional crews that are comfortable with all aspects of green roof installation;
• Coordinate construction with a variety of waterproofing providers;
• Satisfy client expectations for appearance and maintenance;
• Provide long-term follow-up and support for projects installed through the Network.

Applying time-tested design principals, Roofmeadow® vegetated cover assemblies are customized to satisfy the unique demands of regional climates and conditions. In particular, plant pallets will vary from region to region. Therefore, the knowledge of local conditions and landscape requirements available through the Network is critical for success.

All member landscape companies benefit from Roofscapes, Inc. services, which include:

• Training;
• Assistance with project feasibility analysis, estimating, and design;
• Access to premium quality materials and custom blends of media (Roofmeadow® materials are only available to Network members);
• Custom propagation of green roof plants by experienced growers;
• Participation in Roofscapes, Inc.'s quality assurance program, including long-term warranty support provided by Roofscapes, Inc.;
• Access to European expertise through our association with Optigreen® (Optigrün International AG).

The professionalism of Roofscapes, Inc. contractors is also enhanced by the exchange of experiences and ideas among Network members through annual meetings and the member bulletin board, housed on this web site. The value of this approach has been proven in Europe where Optigreen coordinates a network of over 100 landscape contractors, who install over 8 million square feet of new vegetated roof covers annually.

Joining the Network

Members of the Network enter into a two-year agreement with Roofscapes, Inc. for the right to install Roofmeadow® systems nationally on design/build and competitive bid bases.

We are seeking new enrollments in these key cities or regions —

• Atlanta/Chattanooga
• South Florida
• New York
• Dallas
• Denver
• Kansas City
• Minneapolis/St. Paul
• San Francisco

Applicants should have —

• been in business for at least 5 years,
• a track record of success with 'on-structure' landscaping, and
• an annual revenue of at least 5 million dollars.
